SINGERHOOD PRIVACY POLICY
1. In summary
This policy is about items that affect you since it describes how we protect and use the information we have about you. It is always used to improve our services and the contents we offer from Singerhood (understanding of \"services and contents\" and of \"Singerhood\" have been described in our document \"Terms and Conditions about the use of Singerhood\").
Your personal data are used for the unique purpose of providing the service and sending communications. We do not sell any of your data to other companies, and you can request that we stop sending you our commercial information at any time. To do so, access your personal user area.
We will not disclose any of your personal information to third parties outside of Singerhood, with only two exceptions:
We use an external provider that acts as a platform for sending e-mail messages. Therefore, in order to communicate with you through this channel, we will generate mailing lists with the address you provide us.
If you use a service that involves payment to Singerhood, you will need to provide the payment method information to a secure provider (payment gateway).
The information we collect about you comes from your initial registration as a user. There is a minimum of required data for that first registration: your full name; email address; password that you will use to access (encrypted with no backtracking mechanism, which means that it is not possible to decipher that password); compliance with the legal conditions regarding your age to be able to be a user in the country from you are accessing the system; identifier and model of the where device you use Singerhood (information required to control the concurrences, that is, limit the number of devices that simultaneously use your account).
After registration, if you subscribe to any of the payment services offered by Singerhood, the information you must provide will depend on the channel you use. If you subscribe from our website, we will have information about the last 4 digits of the credit card used for that payment, a Stripe identifier associated with your Singerhood user (Stripe is the third party platform that handles recurring credit card payments, which privacy policy you can find here: https://stripe.com/es/privacy). If you sign up from the Apple App Store, we will have information about your purchase identifier at that store and your Singerhood subscription payment history.
In addition, if you choose a Group Plan for your subscription, then we will also store which group you belong to.
Should the payment be for participating in any of Singerhood's activities (such as participatory concerts), the information we store is Stripe's identifier for each payment made and the voice range (\"tessitura\") in which you usually sing.
At any time, you can request us to delete absolutely all data regarding your user profile. You can do this from your personal area or by sending an email to info@singerhood.com with the subject \"Delete user\" and indicating the email address you used as your username when registering for the Singerhood application or for any activity promoted by us (such as a participatory concert).
There is other information that you can provide as an option, such as your own photographs, membership of musical groups or previous experience singing. We also obtain information when you use our services and content, identifying where you connect from (so that we can apply local pricing policies or inform you about announcements, auditions, concerts and promotions that may interest you), we can register which works you listen to (to suggest other similar works, but also to prevent fraudulent use when we detect a suspicious play sequence), in what type of devices and environments you use Singerhood (to improve their visualization).
We do all of this follow-up to your activity through cookies, IP identifiers and other technology that you have specifically authorized for the purposes described and other similar (you can see the detail of these technologies in this same document).
If you interact with Singerhood's services or content, you are accepting this Privacy Policy and, unless you expressly reject it by the means indicated, you are authorizing us to collect, manage, use or disseminate the above mentioned information for the purposes described. If you do not agree to this Singerhood Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our services and content.
Other than the above, Singerhood will not access or use any other information, data or files hosted in your devices, unless we require it and get specific permission to do so, and this permission you will be able to revoke if you think it is somehow improper. This includes your contacts, pictures (beyond the one you voluntarily use to identify your user profile), camera or precise location (beyond the country or region from which you operate). The access to the microphone of your devices may be necessary to assess your intonation, recommendations or voice activated commands. If it becomes necessary, we would ask for your express permission to access these features.
In addition, if you expressly authorize it by any of the available means, Singerhood will offer you promotions, courses, auditions, concerts, etc. that may interest you.
NOTICE: Interacting with Singerhood means that you know, understand and accept this Privacy Policy, its relevance, consequences and causes that make it necessary to offer you Singerhood's services and content. Therefore, you expressly authorize Singerhood to use the information you voluntarily provide to us, as described above, for the duration of your relationship with us and as long as you do not expressly opt-out.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or you are not of age to do so, you should not interact with Singerhood. If you have already registered for our services, you must cancel your subscription, registration or profile. If there is any difficulty in doing so, we can help you remove your public information by contacting us at info@singerhood.com. To exercise your rights of access, updating, rectification, erasure, blocking, opposition, cancellation, full suspension or portability, please send us a message to info@singerhood.com. We will try to reply to these messages within a reasonable period of time, but to do so we need to verify the identity of the sender beforehand. We therefore recommend that you always include a copy of an official identity document in your messages with these requests. We are also committed to following the Privacy Policy regarding the data contained in this document.
2. Types of data we store about you and your activity with Singerhood
In order to offer you the best service and content, we have the above mentioned information that you provide us with, directly or indirectly, during the registration process and its subsequent updates (subscription or registration, including payment details); we have the photograph or photographs that you decide to use to identify yourself in your user profile; we know the type and conditions of the subscriptions or registrations that you agree with us; we follow the activity that you have within our applications, pages and other services, including searches, selections, ratings, downloads, messages or queries that you send, etc., including not only their content but also the date and time they are produced and the target audience; we record data about the technology you use, including devices (type and unique identifier), IP, Internet connection mechanisms, their performance, access provider, operating system, browsers, language, version of the Singerhood tools, available digital rights, as well as other cookies related.
The above mentioned will be the only data and files we will store about you when you interact with Singerhood. If at any time we need other data (for example, a telephone number or to have access to the microphone of your device) we will request your express authorization, which you will be able to deny at that moment or revoke it at a later time. By doing so, you assume the loss of functionality that may represent. In the case of promotions, contests, surveys or other campaigns in which you may be able to participate, we will ask you to also expressly authorize it as well, and these may have its own privacy policies different to the present one.
Payment data needs to be especially highlighted. We require it from the very moment of your initial subscription with us, even to access the free trail period (but not in the case of the \"Free Plan\", which only requires the user to register his/her identification data, in particular the e-mail address and password of access).The payment data is used to charge the amounts you have authorized, as well as later purchases or reimbursements of any amount were it necessary.
Singerhood and the payment gateways we use can store information about your credit or debit card (type, expiration date and other necessary data to make the payment, also including the historical data of operations with us). The intermediary payment gateway is the one handling and watching over the most relevant and confidential information in order to operate, specifically, your complete card number. Singerhood will be able to have some numbers of it available (in order to identify it) but not all of it, as well as the unique token that will enable new purchases from the information already gathered. All of the above means that Singerhood is not liable for any prejudice due to the use of your payment methods, since it does not know and cannot know the complete numbering of the card you actually use.
In case you need an invoice for your purchases, then we will need to ask you for certain additional data (complete name, official ID number to your name or to that of the association or company you belong to, corporate name and physical address, electronic email, etc., according to what is stated to properly issue such an invoice). Likewise, we will need to share those invoicing data with the payment gateway used, so that it verifies, issues and delivers the invoice requested.
Finally, the personal data you shared with us does not need to be permanent. Through the section on your user profile, and at any moment you can see and change practically all the information you provided to us when you registered.

3. About cookies and other similar technologies used to gather data
At Singerhood we can use cookies or other technologies that gather usage data, for example pixel labels, web bugs, web storage, device identifiers or SDK.
The Singerhood services can use these technologies whether it is adjusting them to the individual session or consistently through time, always with the objective of providing services according to what was requested; allowing features chosen by the end user, analyze access, working and performance of the services and contents of Singerhood, so as to maintain, operate and constantly improve the services delivered.
Also, Singerhood will be able to use cookies and other similar technologies to present publicity, also allowing its commercial associates and vendors to use cookies and other similar technologies within and outside of the Singerhood setting, but always to further the above mentioned ends and objectives. This includes logging and storing data of your activity in any of our services and contents at any given moment.
In case you do not wish to have your cookies or other similar features activated in your web browser or mobile device, you can always opt to block them when setting them up. However, you must know that by doing so you may impede or even block the access to the services or contents of Singerhood and also, said settings do not guarantee that you will stop receiving promotions when you interact with Singerhood.

4. Use of the data Singerhood stores
The general purpose for which we gather information about you and your activity with us, is to offer the best services and content. This includes customizing your user experience, including preferences, recommendations, notification of changes in the service or content, contacting groups in which you participate, detecting misuse, protecting rights, processing payments, obtaining your occasional opinion, proposing activities organized by Singerhood, ensuring the proper functioning of the tools, or developing new and improved ones.
5. Information on what can be shared
When you register your user and later, at any time, you can set up your preferences regarding in what way you authorize us to communicate with you and what will be the information you can publish in your profile.
In addition to all of the above, there are applications that may require that you share data through Singerhood. It is your decision to accept it or not and you will always be able to revoke these permissions.
In any case, there are data that are always public domain so that certain third party applications actually work, which access that information through interfaces (API) or other features.
As for Singerhood, the information that we may use from your public profile is intended to promote Singerhood by making its services and content known to different groups, in a global manner or segmented by geography or demographic groups. As long as you expressly authorize it and maintain this consent, we can also send you publicity from us or our partners.
Exceptionally, we may share our users' information with third parties to respond to legal processes, or to conduct anonymous statistical studies for non-profit research purposes.
Finally, we may share the information about your profile and its activity with the rights holders of the song, contents and materials that Singerhood makes directly available to its users.
NOTICE: At any time you can request us not to send you any commercial information. This will cause us to delete your user's contact details. You can do this from your personal area or by sending an email to info@singerhood.com with the subject \"I do not wish to receive commercial information\" and indicating the email address you used as your username when registering for the Singerhood application or for any activity promoted by us (such as a participatory concert).
6. Transfer of information among the different countries where Singerhood operates
The data Singerhood gathers about its users can be stored in servers in different countries where data are processed and delivered. This means that your information can be stored in a different country to that of your residence and it can be transferred to other countries so that Singerhood and its associates can offer the services and contents belonging to them in international surroundings always abiding by what is stated in this Privacy Policy.
Also, the processing of the data collected by Singerhood can be outsourced to external vendors; they can reside in countries different to your country of residence. Bear this in mind regarding the protection of the rights referring to your user information. In any case, Singerhood always abides by what is stated in this Privacy Policy.
7. Links to other sites
As part of our broadcasting and promotion service for our own or external initiatives, Singerhood may present to you content by means of links directing you to different sites on the Internet. When the content is published by a third party, we cannot be held responsible for the self-same nor of the privacy policies that may apply.
8. Protection through password
Your user password is used to prevent unauthorized access or fraudulent use of our services and contents (which may result in the blocking of your account), as well as your information being obtained by third parties not authorized by the terms of this Privacy Policy. Therefore, it is important to always use a safe password that only you know and use and that also is unique to access the service and contents of Singerhood (e.g., not using passwords from other services you may use). As added precaution, you must prevent other people from using your devices and close your Singerhood session when you exit the service. However, no service provided over the Internet (and Singerhood is but one more) can guarantee the absolute protection of the user data and be liable for said data because of practices conducted by others with ill intent. The user data may be exposed to undesired access if the user is careless about their own necessary protection.
9. Regarding minors
We are aware of the special protection the personal data of minors require. Singerhood diligently abides by the terms of this Privacy Policy and are fully aware that among our users there may be people who may not have reached the age of legal adulthood.
Generally speaking, to access and interact with the services and contents of Singerhood, you must be at least 13 years old, as detailed in our \"Terms and Conditions about the use of Singerhood.” When our users register their profile, they profess to state the truth of the data provided regarding their date of birth. In Singerhood, we cannot individually verify such information; it is the responsibility of the user, or his/her parent or legal guardian to fulfil the requisites regarding this item.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who has not reached the minimum age required to interact with Singerhood in any way and you are aware that said minor has provided Singerhood with personal information, immediately send an email to Singerhood to info@singerhood.com to execute the proper access, correction, cancellation or objection rights applicable. We will try to answer such messages within a reasonable amount of time, but to do so we will need to verify previously the information of the sender. Therefore, we recommend that messages you send with these requests always include a copy of an official ID document. We commit to also follow the Privacy Policy regarding the data contained in said document.
10. Modifications to this Privacy Policy
Singerhood reserves the right to modify its policies and rules, including this Privacy Policy. In the case that a significant change will happen, we will notify you prior to doing so through any of the channels that we normally use to communicate with users. If you are not in agreement with said modifications, remember that you can always unsubscribe and terminate any interaction with the services and contents of Singerhood.
